RETURN POLICY

At Mylee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases and understand that you may change your mind.

If this is the case, you are welcome to return your new and unused item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or paying penalties. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.

Legal Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to cosmetic or hygiene products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery (Art. L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).

REFUND GUARANTEE

When you return one or more items, if the return complies with the initial order, all fees will be refunded, excluding any supplementary delivery costs selected at checkout.

How to Return:

1. Send an email to: info@mylee.com specifying:

   • Your order or invoice number

   • The item(s) you wish to return

2. To facilitate processing and ensure a swift refund, include the following in your return parcel:

   • The product/item, properly packaged to avoid damage during transit

   • The duly completed withdrawal form (found at the bottom)

   • A copy of your invoice

Important Notes on Returns:

• Packages sent freight collect or cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

• It is strongly recommended to send returns via registered or tracked mail with a declared value corresponding to the original order price, and to keep proof of postage until fully refunded.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, provided the item(s) or proof of shipment have been received.

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the initial transaction with no extra fees.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & FREE GIFTS

• Promotional Offers: If you received a discount based on a conditional offer or free delivery threshold, returning only part of the items will result in a refund equal to the price of the returned item minus the value of the promotion you no longer qualify for.

• Free Gifts: If you received a gift with your purchase and return the qualifying product(s), the gift must also be returned.

⚠️ Notice: Return shipping remains your responsibility until it arrives at the warehouse. Items damaged or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. Returns sent after the 14-day limit will not be refunded.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please inspect your order and notify customer service within 3 business days of delivery at info@mylee.com.

As long as the items are unused and stored safely, Mylee will repair or replace them.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or defective order, Mylee takes full responsibility and will provide a replacement or full refund.

Steps to follow:

1. Contact Customer Care with your order number.

2. Keep items in their original packaging.

3. For Refunds: Customer Care will send a pre-paid return label to attach to your package. Return the package within 14 calendar days of delivery. (Return shipping is covered by Mylee).

4. For Replacements: Customer Care will process and dispatch a new package promptly.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS:

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of payment, contact Customer Care to open an investigation. If lost, a replacement or refund will be offered.
