Shipping and delivery

 

Foreword - How to know if we have received your order so that we can prepare it...

Once your order has been paid for, it is sent to our logistics department for preparation and dispatch. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been registered , with details of the items ordered and your personal details, including your address and delivery method. 

To track the progress of your order, go to mylee.com, under "My Account":

·       "Unprocessed": the order is being prepared.

·       "Processed": the order is ready to be collected by the carrier.

You will receive an email when it has been picked up by the carrier, with the parcel tracking number.

 

Delivery terms:

We deliver to mainland France:

·       Shipping costs are €5.50

·       Free delivery for orders over £50.

·       Delivery by FedEx.

·       Delivery time: within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

·       We deliver to your home

Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO boxes or collection points.

Orders are sent with proof of delivery service.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please see our "Returns and Refunds" section.

Preparation times:

·       Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the next working day.

·       Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays and during the weekend are usually dispatched on the following Monday.

Peak period times:

Due to high order volumes during busy periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, our shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.

·       Orders placed after 12 noon may be shipped on D+2.

·       If you placed your order on a Friday after 12 noon or during the weekend, it may be shipped on the following Tuesday.

And the delivery time may be slightly longer. We understand that this can be frustrating, but in the meantime, please bear with your slightly worn-out nails a little longer while you wait for our remedy.

Returns and refunds

RETURN POLICY

At Mylee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and we understand that you may change your mind.
If this is the case, we invite you
to return your new and unused item(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Legal exceptions: for hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to cosmetics or hygiene products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery (Art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

When you return one or more items to us, if the return complies with the original order, all costs will be refunded to you, except for any additional delivery costs you may have chosen when placing your order.

How to return an item?

1/ Send us an email to:info@mylee.com  indicating:

  • your order or invoice number,  
  • the item(s) you wish to return.

 

2/ To facilitate the processing of your request and avoid delays in your refund, we recommend that you include the following in your return parcel – please provide us with a means of identifying you so that we can refund you:

·     the product or item, properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping,

·     the duly completed withdrawal form (see the end of this document)

·     a copy of your invoice,

·       We do not accept parcels sent carriage forward or cash on delivery.

·       To avoid any disputes, we strongly recommend that you return your Products by registered or tracked parcel, with a declared value corresponding to the price of the original order, and keep all proof of shipment (parcel number) until your order has been fully refunded.

·       If you request a full or partial return of your order, we undertake to refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs to the initial delivery address, within fourteen days of the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw, provided that we have recovered the Product(s) or that you have provided proof of shipment of the Product(s).

·       The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction and will not incur any fees.

Promotional offers: If you have benefited from a conditional promotional offer or free delivery, allowing you to obtain a discount, in the event that you return only some of the items that allowed you to benefit from this promotional offer, you will be refunded an amount equal to the price of the returned product, from which the discount initially applied will be deducted and to which you will no longer be entitled.

Similarly, you may have received a gift with the purchase of one or more products. If you return these products or part of these products, you must also return the gift you received.

Please note that you are responsible for the return until it reaches us. Mylee cannot be held responsible for items without proof of shipment, so to avoid this inconvenience, we recommend that you return the item(s) by tracked parcel (if possible with signature). Please also ensure that everything is properly packaged.

Please note: We cannot refund you if the products do not reach us in perfect condition. Please pack them carefully.


Obviously, if returned products are found to have been used, we will contact you by email to inform you that you will not receive a refund.

NB: Products returned after the legal deadline, i.e. within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return them, will not be refunded.

 

ITEMS DELIVERED BY MYLEE THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

Sometimes items can be mishandled during the delivery process or, unfortunately, may not meet our usual standards and go unnoticed.

We understand that if your items are damaged or faulty, it can be very frustrating and we will do our utmost to help you. Please check that your order is correct and notify us within 3 working days of delivery by email:

Provided the items are unused and have been stored safely in appropriate conditions, we will be more than happy to repair or replace them.

 

UNDELIVERED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive your order and find that it is wholly or partially defective, this is entirely our responsibility and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience and frustration caused.

Provided that everything has obviously
remained unused and stored in good conditions, we will replace the item or offer you a refund (effective upon receipt of the package you have returned to us).

How to proceed:

  • Contact our customer service department to report the problem and provide your order number.
  • Keep your items in their original packaging.
  • If you choose a refund: our customer service department will provide you with a return label to attach to your parcel for return to our warehouse.
  • Ensure that the parcel is properly sealed and return it to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Keep the proof of return until you receive your refund.

Of course, we will cover the cost of the return!

If you choose to replace the defective product(s), our customer service team will take care of everything. You will receive your new parcel quickly!

YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED:
Please contact us within 10 days of payment if your order has not been delivered.
Our customer service team will investigate and keep you informed. If the parcel is lost due to our fault, we will offer you a refund or a new delivery.


Your legal rights remain unchanged.
