Glitter finishes have texture, so seal them with a generous top coat for a glassy result; for chunky glitter, a layer of Clear 5-In-1 Builder Gel underneath encapsulates the sparkle and smooths the surface. Two thin coats cured for 60 seconds each keep it even and chip-free for up to 3 weeks.
